96% of pregnant people experience three or more symptoms of early pregnancy.  The most common symptoms are a missed period (this one is a bit obvious), sore breasts, and morning sickness.  80% of pregnant people experience nausea.

There are many other symptoms that someone may experience as a first sign of pregnancy.  These symptoms include: feeling extra tired, food cravings or aversions, mild period cramps, lower back pain, bloating, headache, heartburn, mood swings, and weepy-ness.

Some early symptoms of pregnancy may even seem a bit strange.  You may experience olfactory overload, a bloody nose, canker sores or ocular migraines.
